Absolutist - That being said, Leo has spent much time in Pastiche and Slorbia, and has seen the benefit of a strong centralized government.

Gregarious - Leo loves being around people, socializing and making friends.

Elitist - Leo looks down on people of a lower social class than him, ESPECIALLY burghers and merchants, who he thinks are petty upstarts and wanna be nobles who want to soil the traditional structures of society with their disgusting and immoral love for money and wealth. Peasants are just gross mud people.

Repressed Homosexual - While homosexuality is not illegal according to the customs of the Universal Church of the Sun, it is unbecoming of someone of high stature such as Leo to be a homosexual as it is expected for him to produce children and expand the Chatsburg bloodline and influence.

Background:
Born in the middle of the winter of 1765, Leo was brought up by his father Hans-Peter as a younger brother to the current prince, Atlas. As it is known, his father was firm and sometimes cruel, however Leo believes this gave him good character and became grateful for it as he grew up. At around age 16 he left Carpesia, which he found to be backwards, to go spend time with his relatives in the court of Pastiche. He spends most of his time studying philosophy, hunting and socializing with his high blooded peers and only comes back home every few years to see his beloved relatives Clover and Atlas for the Sun Festival.
