Background:
Born to a Gilgerian nobleman and a Farun village girl. His mother died at childbirth leaving his father with raising him alone on Segunbeztan. Vii's father secluded himself and his son on the islands for years because of this until news of the emerging Republic reached the shores of Fornsoy Island. Filled with a vigor he hadnt had in years Vii's father headed back to Faru to achieve power and glory. Vii was left on Segunbeztan to watch over the island in his fathers absence. His father coming by frequently for checkups and to construct his alcohol business he continued a good relationship with Vii. Once the news of the Gilgerian refugees reached Wilhelm, the visits became less frequent and more brief. Wilhelm spent a lot of time working on Providence which led to Vii having to take up the mantle of the Caretaker of Astad and the primary producer for the Segunbeztan Brewery. By that point the Brewery stopped raking in so much money with Wilhelm's new fascination with the Grey Panthers and his work in Providence. One night when the mail boat had arrived to Astad all that was dropped off was the newspaper and 2 letters. The newspaper read of a terrorist attack on the Presidential Debate and the assassination of Senator Nikola Vucevic by his father and his death at the hands of the acclaimed Urbisian author Hart. Filled with grief Vii checked the next letter which was an apology directed to him from his father for what Vii was going to see in the newspapers and for leaving him alone with the Brewery and islands. The next one was a written will from Wilhelm detailing that all property belonging to him would be transferred to his son, including his home in Providence and his personal armor set and tools. Along with the personal property the will stated that Vii was now the sole owner of the Segunbeztan Brewery. Appalled at the news Vii did the only thing he could think reasonable at the time. He set sail for Providence to find answers and secure his fathers legacy.
