Some goals: Destruction of the Otis Family in Northern Markarth.

Background: Enoch Markos comes from a long line of the founder of Markarth, Eli Markos, from a young age he had a hatred for the Otis Family in Northern Markarth. That  rivalry has existed long before the empire had even shown up into our lands. The Otis Family had wanted to name the region Oterkarth and have our source of trout & salmon be called the Orkoven river, delusional! His great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great grandfather, Eli Markos, was a remarkable man finding a fertile spot for us to live within the safety of the mountains that surround us. Legends say the Otis Family brought with them a plague, a plague of snow, ice, and poverty. The town of Markarth has been impoverished since it's founding, and that is likely due to the Otis Family in the North using far more coal and firewood throughout the winter to protect their weak skin. The Markos Family is resilient and has created many inventions such as the wooden door, eating wanderers, and even a town square with things like a campfire. The Markos Family has uplifted Markarth to the point of elegance but due to the Otis Family our lands were conquered by the Empire and later turned over to The Republic. Legend says that Hugh Otis invited the Emperor of the Glormorian Empire into our lands as he was known to travel beyond the mountains. Something shunned upon and quite frankly ridiculous. The Empire would send "tax collectors" which is an unusual term for sending us food to  eat for the colder seasons. It is written that maybe we should have given them a gift in return as they sent an army into our lands shortly after demanding compensation for "the unspeakable acts" in which we had done? They had burnt down our lumber mill leaving the town even more impoverished due to the disgusting Otis Family. Enoch Markos questions the direction the "republic" will take Markarth in, but he fears it will change our way of life.
