Background:


Piper Plymouth, dubbed Plimmy by peers, is an emancipated minor who dedicated most of her formative years to hosting an internationalist book club. She would eventually meet Grigori Giggles at one of the meetings, who became a good friend due to sharing similar politics. The two then established the Soldiers and Miners Council of Pen Island, hoping to spread the internationalist message to the Faru proletarian.
