Background:
Hasan Vali was born in 1762 to the Chief of the Kararir Clan. In his youth, he received formal education in languages, history, mathematics, science, and politics, alongside rigorous training in both melee and ranged combat.

Following his first Rite of Submersion in 1780, he fell seriously ill. Though he recovered, there were lasting effects, including occasional hearing loss, dizziness, and sea sickness. Since then, he has preferred private worship and rarely takes part in large religious gatherings, though he remains a devout Čajrabenika and actively supports religious institutions across the islands.

He took leadership of the clan in 1785 after the death of his father along with his younger half brother, though their father split the ownership of the land to the brothers, they both work together to administrate despite their differences (more explained in deepstaria's declaration), to avoid a third party profiting from their any internal conflict within the clan.

Under his leadership, the Kararir have focused on modernization with a strong emphasis on industry.
