Background:
Zofie Lefzofia is a lady of an obscure noble clan called Valea. The Valean clan are descended from an ancient continent spanning Empire which fell in the 1000s and is now banished to the east; represented as vassals of a minor territory holding faction away from Meridia referred to as the Sattanid Gushan. In 1923 she was taken as a prisoner of war when the city of Aakaht, which she was residing in, was sieged by some greater power. After painful months of being dragged along with scraps of food and no rest she finally found an opportunity to escape during a prisoner exchange. Scrounging up whatever she could to survive she hid stowaway on a cargo ship and eventually found herself in Faru, with no ties to her clan name and minimal knowledge of the language she has to make her own path forward.
