Background:
Stephen Emmanuel Comstock was born in Areole in 1888 into a devoutly Catholic and Conservative family of yeoman. He went into  exilefrom the country after being fired from the Lilleport Metropolitan Police after brutally murdering a Alrizian protestor in a riot in 1917. He is permanently ashamed of the fact he was never able to join the Army to fight in the Great War and takes out his frustration on anyone who threatens the order of society.
