Background:
Willie was a slightly deranged child, wandering from home since he could walk. With a short IQ span, Willie decided that all of his mental capacity would be put into 2 things, FROLICING, and baking. Wandering into Cerise, he was given a plot for a bakery due to the active cocoa exportation. Surely he'll be kept busy from any politics or self-centered rogue greed.
