Background: Born in 1901 to a lower middle class family in Flachesgras, Gilgeria. Arno had a fairly comfortable upbringing as the son of butcher. At 18 he served for a brief period in the Gilgerian Lanswehr. In 1921 he left the Landswehr and went back home to work in his fathers butchery. With the rise of the Social Nationalist regime and increasing prices Arno figured it was time to leave. Considering his options he figured Faru to be the best choice. The Gilgerian diaspora there would allow him to not feel completely lost and the dirt cheap land prices meant buying property wasnt out of the realm of possibility. With the money he saved from working his fathers shop he said goodbye to his family and caught a ship on its way to Urbis City.
