Background - Born 1768, Sylvester Stump hails from a long bloodline of diehard Monarchists, where the family crest features a Hawk holding a constitution in one talon and a hefty sword in the other... Raised mostly by the Stump Nanny.... At the tender age of 7, the Great Fire of '75 engulfed the family estate. While rumors swirl to this day, it was started by his Farther Cig that he threw in the bushes, killing his mother, and his father too busy standing on Merchants and Chasing Tail to rebuild it or help at all, Sylvester was forced into Homelessness but has the burning desire to reclaim his family's once-glorious status, rebuild the Mansion, and rule the Lands.
