Some goals:

Background:
Raised in a middle-class merchant family who operated out of a minor village, until they fell on hard times, leading the family to fall into financial ruin, and the village basically starved or left. With basically nothing but the clothes on his back and the boots on his feet, Zabriel moved out of town in search for treasure and adventure.

Yet, these dreams were dashed as he realized that adventure does not pay the bills, and he ended up working various labor jobs, becoming very sympathetic to the working class, and yet understanding the place of the Aristocracy, who he saw as the only thing standing between order and chaos.  He grew stronger and eventually joined various kitchens of lords and high-class merchants and found his passion in cooking.

Now, as a young man, he searches for independence in work, hoping to even own a tavern of his own one day so he may continue in his passion. He also wants to help those who had lost their way like he had, helping them with a warm meal. He supports the royals and sees their roles as protectors as necessary for the betterment of the realm.

DENIED

we don't need more anti-noble people and I don't think it makes so much sense for a merchant family to rule over a village. Also it would not be reactionary for a merchant to want merchants (And WORKERS?!!?) to have power

Rework the character

Guardian 2224

ok made him more pro aristocrat, he just wants to make a tavern.

Biggly-Shmoe

you didn't have to make the character strictly appreciate nobles but this certainly works

the new way works well and I can see it as being a "all elements of society have their place" which is good
