Background:
Born in 1740 in Tarbor in his Family's estate, Regis has only known a life of luxury and nobility.The only heir to his Father's title after the death of his older brother, Thibault, during a hunting trip; Regis has come to be known to his subjects as a boring man who only continues the will of his father. Despite this, Regis can still smell the winds of change with the slow rise of the bourgeoisie and the increase calls for reform from intellectuals and writers who call this The "age of Illumination".
Regis must now see that his loose collection of agrarian Islands and ports are secured and further centralized under his rule.
