Figured I should put these in here and not character declarations since they are not actual playable characters (at max used for like diplomacy RP) (yes I am copying Ashley, SUE ME!)

Name: Georgi Lukanov, Chairman of the People's Republic of Mulgaria

Traits and Political Views:
- Aggressive
- Charismatic
- Revolutionary hero
- Controversial within the MPF
- Member of the Mulgaria People's Front (MPF)
- Militarist

Some goals:
Consolidating his position as chairman; expanding Mulgarian Power projection within its region; and funding Revolutionary movements across Meridia

Background:
As an active participant in the struggle of the Mulgarian People's Front before the 1916 coup, Georgi Lukanov gained significant influence as a loyal and diligent party member. He gained popular support due to his performance as a member of the Executive People's Council, standing out as by far the most outspoken and committed to the goal of spreading international socialism. The popular support amassed by Lukanov ultimately led him to be made Chairman upon the establishment of the role in 1920, ever since, his popularity has been in steady decline due to repeated failures to aid successful socialist revolutions and increasing concern over his militarist approach to diplomacy.

Name: Sonya Lyapcheva, Speaker of Mulgarian People's Assembly

Traits and Political views:
- Charismatic Negotiator
- Skilled politician
- believes in peaceful diplomacy
- Revolutionary Hero
- Member of the Mulgarian People's Front
- Market Socialist

Some goals:
Curtailment of Lukanov's militarism; Impeding Mulgarian dependence on Swopia; Growing an anti-Lukanov coalition in the assembly

Background:
Sonya Lyapcheva gained popularity following her participation in the coup of 1916, as she worked in the Mulgarian Senate before the coup she allowed militia troops of the MPF to enter the building covertly and take control of the senate. Due to this she was widely popular within the MPF and was chosen as one of their Representatives in the Executive People's Council. Despite being much less bombastic and outspoken than Lukanov she played a pivotal role in limiting Lukanov's actions within the council, arguably being responsible for the success of the council. Following the constitution of 1920 she was elected Speaker of the Assembly, a mostly ceremonial role.

Name: Ivan Borisov, Chairman of the OSM and Assembly Member

Traits and Political views:
- Prominent Union Leader
- Pacifist
- Nonchalant
- Respected member of the Organized Syndicates of Mulgaria
- Syndicalist

Some goals:
Increase OSM's seats in the senate by appealing to anti-Lukanov Socialists and social democrats.

Background:
Born from a very humble background, Borisov first gained prominence for his rousing speeches encouraging workers to unionize, which landed him a position within a large Trade Union in Mulgaria prior to the coup. During the coup, Borisov led the workers in a nationwide general strike which played a pivotal role in ensuring the fall of the bourgeois republic. Due to his careless attitude, Borisov was not initially chosen as representative for the OSM in the Executive People's Council, however, following Stefan Filov's expulsion from the party, it was ultimately decided to give the position to Borisov. Ivan Borisov played a similar role in the council to that of Lyapcheva, mostly limiting Lukanov's militarism.
