Notice from the Nepublian Office of Foreign Affairs on recent incidents in Faru.

It has recently come to our attention that there have been numerous instances of excessive violence by government officials and state police against foreign nationals in Faru. Needless to say, this grotesque display of negligence and unaccountability by the state has hurt relations between our two nations, with there being public outcry in the streets of Bregadam for justice in the form of political pressure.

Our diplomatic agent, Bruno Stojanovič, has expressed not only the utmost outrage for these recent events, but also fear for his own safety as a foreign official operating in your lands. Furthermore, the court case ofRepublic v. Milenkovic has gained considerable attention in Nepublia and Meridia as a whole for the preposterous circumstances surrounding the alleged crimes of Milenkovic.

We speak for ourselves and our people when we say that Nepublia condemns these recent events, especially with the very real possibility that these executions were carried out on the basis of race, rather than proper justice. We strongly urge the Government of Faru to investigate this incident and ensure that people of all ethnicities can find safety within your Republic. Failure to comply with this request will result in the severing of diplomatic ties, and if the situation continues to worsen, it could necessitate a Nepublian peacekeeping force to station in Faru to ensure the safety of innocent civilians.
