Background:
Tim Stamper is the nephew of the older Francis Urquhart, who was Sheriff of Faru, Senator of Liberty City, and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Stamper lived in Nepublia, to the north, in the capital city, where he practiced law. He is a graduate of the University of Nepublia, and a dual citizen of Nepublia and Faru. However, during the annexation of Tapedon, his wife was killed in a terroristic bombing by Bloatians who were opposed to the annexation. After his uncle was brutally murdered by law enforcement and his reputation tarnished, he decided to move back to Faru, where he was born, to carry on his uncle's legacy. He is the sole heir to his uncle's wealth and properties. Stamper carries with him a strong sense of anti-Bloatianism, legalism, and capitalism from the strong economy of Nepublia.
