Background:
Born to Brian "Hugh" Freeze Kelly II, raised in Mulgaria, made his way from Mulgaria to Faru after the communist coup in 1920. Once a lawyer in Belograd, Mulgaria, he fled from his country to the nation of Faru, settling in the Southern Region doing farming jobs to support himself. Now he contemplates moving further south to the abandoned region outside of Liberty City to construct his own homestead and farm.
